Baby wrap or carrier?

Which one do you recommend- baby carrier or baby wrap? What are your experiences using them?
Any product recommendations either carrier or wrap for the newborn? Thanks in advance

Both! Solly baby wraps are a dream! I use this around the house and for short trips. Baby carriers have better longevity though since you can do both in and out facing plus back holds too. I did Colugo for longer days of wearing or if I am doing a lot of walking

Wrap for newborns. I found the boba to be more breathable so they don’t get as hot. Using it with my current and used moby with the last two

I have a very clingy baby so I baby wear so often! 
I LOVE the k’tan wrap. I have a moby also, but I like the ktan better. It feels more secure, in my opinion and it’s WAY quicker to get baby in and out of. Mine is a regular fabric wrap, but it comes in some more breathable options too!

I use both. I like using the wrap around the house and I like using the carrier when we are out and about.

Part 2: I also have a carrier for when we’re out and about. My little guy LOVES riding in his carrier and doesn’t fall asleep in immediately like he does with the wrap. Great for awake time, walks, the grocery store, etc! We have a couple but my favorite is the Bjorn mini. It’s quick to get him in and out of and comfy for both of us. You can use it as soon as your baby hits 8 lbs. We take our guy hiking in ours and he does great!

I like a wrap for the newborn phase. Then a soft structured carrier around 4-6 months.

I have the moby easy wrap carrier and I love it! More importantly so does my little guy! I like it because it still feels like a wrap but it’s easier than having to actually tie one! Most of the works is already done!
