Yesterday we had our first ultrasound at 9w2d. The tech found the baby but no heartbeat. Our doctor called us later to tell us that they could see a perfect 8 week old baby but no heartbeat. I don't know what to feel... I still feel all the symptoms of being pregnant. Have had no cramping or spotting. If this is true it will be our 2nd miscarriage this year. Praying things are ok and they just couldn't find the heartbeat. Anyone else had anything similar happen and have baby be ok?
