I am 13w and 5D

I still haven’t seen my baby heard a heartbeat or anything and I am a high risk patient! I’ve had a miscarriage before and last year august my water broke early with twins now this is my 3rd try and it seems like doctors are taking it less and less serious I just started spotting today and I immediately started panicking I called everywhere no one can see me today and now I don’t know what to do! I have a ultrasound in 3 days but I feel if I wait that long something will go wrong
