3 years married, struggled with fertility the entire time. This was our LAST month trying naturally before having to use fertility treatments (I literally had my consultation yesterday, and we cannot afford IVF but a couple IUI cycles yes). I have been testing for the days leading up to this appointment praying we wouldn’t need to go forward and now this today
