I am looking at switching my form of birth control, I have been on the pill for a year and can’t take the hormones and effect on my sex drive anymore.

I want to know what getting the copper coil is like and what to expect the days following insertion if anyone has got it.

I do usually have only 3 day long periods and they’re pretty painless, so I think it’d be a good option but want to know from people that have first hand experience.
