amniotic fluid leak?

I am a FTM, currently 34 weeks & 5 days. As advised by my midwife I have been inserting EPO 1000mg vaginally for 3 days. The first night of using it I woke up around 4am as I felt a gush of fluid come out, it did not smell like urine so I thought it could be watery discharge. I took it a second night and the same thing happened again! I put a pad on to monitor any other fluid leaking but got nothing except for regular discharge. I inserted the EPO again last night but this time felt no leakage at all throughout the night.

Does this look more like EPO leaking or slow amniotic fluid leak?
