I had a BFP on cd21, my leutal phase is shorter at 10 days so it was an earlier positive then a regular 28 day cycle because I ovulated early.

No, it still takes the same amount of time for the fertilized egg to travel and implant, so your cycle day might be different, but the actual wait post ovulation is the same

Not sure. My normal luteal phase was 5-7 days (short), and got my vvfl on 8dpo. Not sure if those are correlated.
