Sex causing cramping?

My husband and I had unprotected sex about an hour ago and now I’m having cramping similar to what I felt in labor but obviously way less on the pain scale. I read this could be from the prostaglandins in sperm? We have unprotected sex often and I have never had this pain before.

Agreed i was trying to write this on your other post but you deleted it. When I had pain like this its because a cyst popped during sex. It hurt SO bad. For me I can sort of feel a pop feeling on whichever ovary has the cyst and within a few minutes its like a sharp cramping feeling that HURT. after a few minutes of that pain it goes through my whole pelvic region and will go between that and whatever side the cyst that ruptured was on. I always have to go to the hospital and get iv pain meds and ultrasound. The last one I had was a 7mm hemorrhagic cyst that one was the worst one.

When this happened to me and I wasn’t pregnant it turned out I had burst an ovarian cyst. If it gets really bad (which for me it DID) go to the Er and they will give you pain control for it. It DOES feel like labor that shit HURTS.
