Can this cause a swollen lymph node? Please comment!

Yesterday my dog scratched me pretty decently on my right hand. It bled a tad, and today it’s sore if you press on it and burns whenever it’s squeezed or gets soap / hot water on it. Can this be causing a lymph node on the right side of my neck to be feelable? It’s not huge or anything, like it takes me a minute to find it on my neck by feeling about with my fingers. Its moveable too.
