Anyone else get really hungry at night with bad cravings and eat like crazy? If I don’t eat at night I can’t/won’t get any sleep at all but after I eat I get nauseous from eating too fast/too much🤦‍♀️ it’s kind of frustrating bc I’m just too exhausted to get out of bed sometimes lol

I do get hungry at night, but I find something small to eat like trail mix or something light. I just eat a little to satisfy the hunger. You have to portion control. It’s not good to eat so much right before bed.

I do get my cravings however my nausea has returned back from the first trimester so I don’t really eat a lot (I actually try to make myself eat now even if I really don’t wanna eat for the baby). But I have strong cravings for 7-11 slurpees, pizza. or s’mores. But that’s about it. 🤷‍♀️
