Has this happened to you?

Back in early July I found out I was pregnant via home test. About week and a half later I started bleeding pretty heavy I went to the ER where they did an ultrasound that had nothing Inside. Obviously they said to expect a miscarriage/blighted ovum and had a follow up a week later with my OB who also did an ultrasound and all we saw was blood clots.. she prescribed me a medication to induce the miscarriage it was called cytotec I believe. I took it and 30 min later I started cramping and bleeding the next morning I used the restroom and a big clot passed through about the size of a golf ball.. I kept bleeding and spotting for the me t couple of weeks.. I went to Disneyland and came back and I had to do bloodwork to make sure my hCG was going down. A couple days later my doctor called and said I needed to go in because my hCG keep going up instead of down. She said maybe the placenta or something stayed behind so maybe needed a DNC. She performed an ultrasound yesterday morning and come to find out…. I’m 10 weeks today!? Could I maybe had have 2? And one came out?
