Positive hcg test after miscarriage

3 weeks ago, I had a medical managed miscarriage after a missed miscarriage. I was 9 weeks but the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. After what was the most horrendous experience (I ended up in emergency due to severe pain and bleeding) I’m now worried that it was incomplete as pregnancy tests are still showing up with a faint but obvious second line. I’m also getting positive ovulation tests also. Anyone experience this? I just want my body to get back to normal so we can start trying again x
