I had pretty bad cramps on the right side, my whole uterus was achy and my nipples hurt really bad. The next day I was 100% back to normal. I think it was 3 dpo but not sure. This is my first month off B.C. and I'm due for AF the 19th. Just wondering if anyone has any insight on what the pain was.
