Hello guys my name is mobina and I live in Iran and I wanted to ask a question.

My dad has anger issues and can’t control himself most of the time and tonight he and my mom had an argument which led to a fight.

I was in my room but when I heard my mom screaming I came down the hall and saw that he was punching her and hitting her so I totally lost my shit and screamed and hit him back but he attacked me and almost choked me to death.

What should I do now? I’m really sick of this situation

He provides for us, we have a good home we eat good foods but he is just not a good person.

He acts like he cares but he actually doesn’t really give shit about us!
