Help with dog adjusting to pregnancy

We have had our dog (adopted from a couple who adopted her from a shelter) for about 3 years. She is such a sweet little thing but she has already started the attention seeking and im only 21 weeks pregnant. It started as she refused to go potty outside for me (she wouldn't go in the house, she would hold it until my husband came home and then go outside with him). She is still doing this, but not as much. Then she started jumping/stepping on my stomach or literally cannonballing in between me and hubby if we're in bed together. She has gotten better at this, but its still an issue. Now she has started eating out of the cat litter (was never a huge issue before) and going to the bathroom in the house BUT ONLY WHEN IM HOME ALONE. My husband is 100% her "person" she is very protective of him, and VERY jealous over him. There is not a time where me and him can sit together without her trying to worm her way in unless we put her in a different room. Im looking for any tips to help combat this? I know it will probably only get worse after baby comes. We've never really had to "discipline" her so to speak because she's always been well behaved so I'm at a loss for what to do. 😭 it is stressing me out so bad and my husband is working a weird shift so unfortunately he's not much help. I understand this is a huge life change for her too, but I just didn't think it would have started this soon. I've been looking into trainers, but I just don't know if its worth the money.
