Can you relate?
I’m 36w3d and a FTM. The closer I’m getting to baby being here the more anxiety I’m getting. My panic attacks are back from how scared I am of birth and because I had Covid at the beginning of this month I lost my smell and taste so my aromatherapy no longer helps me. I find it at nighttime my anxiety REALLY picks up and sends me into an attack where I just can’t breathe, I sob uncontrollably, gasp for air and my SO has to hold me and calm me. It just would be nice to hear from others who can relate, even advice on how to calm my anxiety, or positive birth stories.
