Rectal bleeding! What next?

OMG I knew the typical pregnancy issues but I was not aware of all the random scary bleeding. Ever since 8 weeks I have had nose bleeds, then at the end of the second trimester I was coughing up blood clots and now at the start of the third trimester I have rectal bleeding, like wtf. I am so sick of seeing this stuff and getting anxious that there's something wrong 😰

Ummmm - coughing up blood and rectal bleeding (beyond maybe a tiny bit on wiping from haemorrhoids) is NOT NORMAL!! I hope you’ve followed this up

Coughing up blood clots and rectal bleeding are not normal pregnancy things. The only slightly normal rectal bleeding is if you have hemorrhoids but should still be dealt with.

I’m just going to say that I have 2 pretty bad hemorrhoids and sometimes mine bleed more than just a spot, but I would at least talk with your OB and see if they can evaluate what it could be or send you somewhere.

Please tell me you've talked to your dr about the coughing up blood clots and the rectal bleeding. The rectal bleeding may be normal if you have hemorrhoids (but that would only be like... A lil bit of blood. Like a spot after wiping your butt after a BM), but the coughing up blood and clots most certainly is not. Pleeeeeeeeeaaaasssee go get checked if you haven't already.
