Help a girl out … is this normal ?

So I gave birth July 18 I bled for 2 weeks then it stopped which is normal after delivering baby. So I was waiting for my period to arrive until 2 days ago when I started having brown discharge I sure thought my period was going to start but so far it’s been 2 days of just brown discharge no blood whatsoever. Usually I have brown discharge for a couple hours and then my period start right away but this time around not yet just brown discharge going on 3 days of just that. Is this normal?
