Water break? Discharge?

Hi ladies
Random question - but for you previous moms when your water broke was it like water?  I've had some discharge today ....but all day.  It almost just feels like I started my period but just discharge when I wipe.  Just curious if it's changes getting ready or something else?  Thanks!!!

Thanks.  Talked to dr - i have pcos and prone to pre term labor so I'm going in the am to just double check it's not amniotic fluid or my water. I think it could be my mucus plug slowly coming on but well see.  Thanks so much!!  Y'all made this ftm feel better :)

Mine was a very small gush, then it keeps happening, you can definitely tell when it happens. It was clear liquid, not like discharge😉

Mine was like .. I maybe peed a little only it wasn't pee. Lol. It's a lot more than just having some discharge. You may be loosing your plug

Mine was a legit pool of water that came down.  I also heard a Pop. But sometimes people can have a slow leak.  You could also be losing your plug....
