Any 2nd/3rd+ time mamas NOT using a separate infant seat?

I'm getting the Graco Extend to fit carseat (the same one my older 2 use) which rear faces starting at 4lbs and I'm thinking about not even getting a separate removable infant car seat...

I am a SAHP with a 4 & 2 yo. and we pretty much stay home or walk wherever. Obviously there is the many many appointments for the first bit. but I figure ill just babywear or have a stroller for her. I always found carrying the infant seats super annoying 😅

am I crazy? will I regret this decision lol?
