Syphilis screening

Can anyone tell me what exactly this means? I got blood work done yesterday and this came back and I’m freaking out a little bit. I don’t remember them testing me for syphilis my last pregnancy and if they did I guess it never came back positive. I’ve only ever had one sexual partner in my life so has anyone else had a screening like this and can explain a little?
