Today I was toodling around the interwebs and found a pretty interesting video about contractions. You can find it by typing “Contractions explained with balloon” into YouTube. I’ve found after speaking to many women, including my own aunt, that a lot of fear and trauma associated with child birth comes from not understanding what’s happening with your body during the process. This video was a great, fun visual for some that might want more knowledge on the basic workings of what contractions are doing. 😊
