Vegetarian mamas?
I’m still trackin my macros to not lose all the gains I had before. Ig I jus need meal ideas cz now that I can stomach goin back to the gym Ik I need to hit my protein. Before pregnancy I wz eating somewhat bt more so heavily supplementing with Ensure Plus and Plant protein powder to get calories in. I had to drink 6 a day plus protein or else I start leaning out which wz crazy gettin almost 4k cals a day bt maybe due to my work too I sweat a lot. I cant do PB cz its acidic nd brings bad heartburn. Cant stomach oatmeal(kodiak wz my go to) cz the texture. I just feel I shouldn’t be spending $200/week on groceries jus for me to not see muscle loss. Any ideas?
