How do I lose weight while pregnant? I know this is a loaded question, but I'm 5ft 8in give or take 239 lbs. I had a check up for baby who is doing good. But in the after visit summary the dr put in the notes that I need to watch my calorie consumption, exercise more and drink 2 gallons of water a day . The dr did not address the issue with me at all, just in the after summary which I find online. I no longer want to eat, just so I'm healthy for the dr, mind you I already have an issue with eating, I also battle depression. My loving s.o is so mad at the dr for me, and I just want want to cry.
