I’m 7 days PP today. On my third day my perineal stitches had come off. I feel like the wound is healing I’m not in as much pain as I was at first. I was told to keep it clean bc they can’t restitch it. Today I had two blood clots. the first one was a dark red & the second one was a light pink. What concerns me is the dark red blood clot bc my flow hasn’t been heavy & the color has been light pink. I don’t know if I’m bleeding from the wound or my vagina which also concerns me😅
