Insane period
So I typically have heavier periods but this month has been awful. Absolutely nothing has been able to help or ease my cramps which has never happened. I also use menstrual cups and after about 6 hours I emptied it (thankfully) and it was completely full. I wasn’t able to work the day it started, being 20 I’m pretty used to it but I’m not sure what’s up with it this month. Any advice!? TIA💕
