I feel stuck.
Hey ladies!!
I don’t know if it’s just me but I’ve been feeling so stuck lately. I can’t find the motivation to workout, cook, go to work, nothing. I don’t feel depressed just unmotivated. Since the pandemic started I’ve gained 30lbs. I’m trying to get myself out of this rut and get moving again. I want to go out like I used to but now I’m insecure about my body since I gained the weight. (This is the heaviest I’ve ever been). I’m arguing with my boyfriend more than normal, I start and stop my fitness journey, I had to drop out of college (I only had 1 year left) because I financially can’t afford to finish. I just feel like I’m wasting my life. Any tips!!? Any ideas on kick starting my weight loss journey? Anything?
