Curly hair ladies: HOW?!? Do you work out everyday and deal with your hair
I’m planning on starting to work out consistently again but the biggest struggle for me in the past was managing my hair. I can’t wash my hair everyday or it’ll damage but I don’t see how I can’t if I’m working out everyday. During the pandemic it was fine if I looked like a mess everyday but now I’m having to make sure I’m presentable. What do you guys do 😩. It also takes soooo long for my hair to dry. I really rather not walk around with wet hair the entire day ugh
