I bought these today to hopefully help me jump start my milk supply once baby arrives. I’ve read a couple reviews on them and most people had pretty good outcomes. Upon closer reading, I saw it’s only a 10 day supply. You have to take 2 capsules, 3 times a day.

Anyways my question is, have you ladies tried these in the past? Are they worth it? $20 for a 10 day supply seems like a bit much for me, but if they work then I guess it’s worth it.

Also, what other things have you guys used in the past to help with milk supply. This isn’t my 1st time breastfeeding, but my hope is that this time around I can produce more and breastfeed longer than I did the last time.
