Sleeping face down tips

My 5 and a half month old started sleeping on his stomach a while ago. (He’s been lifting his head since day 2, rolling for months now) and lately he’s been sleeping with his face almost completely face down, I see this and move him but he moves right back instantly.

Any tips to help stop this?
