Someone asked about hair skin&nails.. I'm black I'm 50 I've been on this about 5 yrs ..I love this stuff.. it takes a min to figure out your best liquid mix..so it dissolves well..I add it to hot ginger tea..every morning even if it's 90° 🤷🏿‍♀️
