Teething or maybe not..

My LO is 4MO.. we've suspected he is teething for a good week or so now, he has the major signs: excessive drooling, his fingers/hand constantly on his gums, red cheeks, clingyness/irritability.. now a few people are making me doubt if he actually is teething or just been unwell (he recently had his 4MO vaccination).. tho I have read teething can go on for months I have also read teething normally only lasts a week (3-4 days before tooth cuts thru then 3-4 days of tooth cutting thru).. good old Google/people's opinions, you end up more confused lol!! 🤦‍♀️🤪
