Super upset tummy:( lactose intolerant?

So I had a glass of strawberry milk today, and now I'm having super uncomfortable diarrhea and cramps:( also lately whenever I eat ice cream I have to use the bathroom immediately after. Does this seem like lactose intolerance? Can I find out if I have it without having to visit a doctor?

Yup you’re lactose intolerant lol I like the Weber naturals extra strength lactase enzyme if I’m having something I know bothers me, otherwise I try to get dairy free or lactose free whenever possible. Hard cheeses usually bother me the least, yogurt isn’t usually too bad, straight up milk and ice cream are the worst
