Any advice? I'm so anxious this was a surprise baby that I found out about literally a week after starting this new job that I absolutely LOVE at the school. Being new I have no FMLA and due April 26th...super hoping they are willing to work with me..I am the school social worker and this wouldn't be a challenge if I just wasn't so new. They are very short on staff also so just extra concerning. Any advice on how to break this news and the timelines? I'm hoping they will even give me off 2-3 weeks (unpaid of course)...asking here since everyone understands the schedule a bit better :)
