** I left out that he has been with the company for 5 years and is a department head. I have tried calling HR and they tell me they will look into and I don't receive a call** I am seeking advice from anyone that has an SO that works for Home Depot. My question is...do they have some type of paternity leave for new dads??? Like is it considered some type of leave of absence or something. Im getting lead in circles with trying to come up with an answer to this.
