What do i do after hearing this? 😢

Tonight, my parents went out for their good friends birthday party. When they returned, my mom told us that my dad over did it because he drank a lot and smoked weed. It’s not uncommon that my dad comes home from a night out completely screwed up. He comes to the kitchen where my older sister and i are sitting and says;” Ask me anything, i’ll answer honestly.” I just thought it was a joke so i laughed but my older sister asked; “ between us daughters, whose your favourite?” He doesn’t hesitate at all and explained that he likes my older sister more than me. And then proceeded to tell us both why. He said that they have a stronger connection because i’m more “stand off- ish” etc etc. I heard that alcohol releases your deepest thoughts so it’s making me question a lot. Did he mean it? i don’t know..
