Why am I not losing weight??

I’m doing everything right. I work out 5-6x a week, I track my macros in a food app (I literally weigh every single thing that I eat, so I now exactly how much I’m eating), I get as much sleep as I can having a 2 month old. But the scale is not budging. I have weighed the exact same for the last 3 weeks, literally to the 0.01lb. The number never changes. It’s really discouraging. I just don’t get why I’m not losing weight yet.
