Burning nipples

So I'm 10 dpo and just today I noticed a pretty bad burning on my left nipple. It did improve with lotion for a while. I did not get this last cycle while on the same meds as this cycle (progesterone, trigger shot). I got a negative pregnancy test this morning. Wondering if this could be from the progesterone and I just lucked out not getting it last cycle or if maybe I could be pregnant? I did have this when I was pregnant earlier this year even tho I did miscarry. Thanks ladies!
