2nd IVF round

Our 1st IVF failed I had 12 eggs retrieved but only 1 made it to day 5, genetics came back abnormal trisomy 15. We will be starting again but my RE is changing my meds, she's putting me on clomid with gonal-f. She said this time we are looking for quality vs quantity. Has anyone else had success with this protocol? Also she wanted me to start taking Co q10 supplements 600mg daily.
