What could this be? IB? Egg? Help!

I didn't have a positive ovulation yesterday, 7pm, but it was darn near close. Today at work I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had a lot of clear mucus with streaks of bright red blood. But only when I wiped, nothing more. I did use PreSeed last night for the first time so the clear wetness could've been a mixture of that and semen? But I'm not sure what the blood would be from? I do have slight cramping. When I check my CM I don't have blood each time but sometimes I do. And it's not a lot, it's just tinged blood. My period ended 6 days ago. When I took my opk today it was so slight, barely there. Could I have ovulated sometime between 7pm and 12noon today??
