Large Gestational Sac!?!?
So I went to my first U/S last week and the technition commented that I have a tilted uterus and a large gestational sac, the fetus is measuring correctly though not small or anything. (though she didn't say it like it was a bad thing) but I googled and Google has some pretty scary stuff to say, wondering if anyone has experienced either of these issues!
