Guys I've been over due on my period and I've been having castor oil packs and v steams and pistachios and nuts etc to bring on a bleed. I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative but I've just taken one now and it's come back positive. I'm really shocked and emotional but at the same time I'm so scared I may have harmed the baby or my body with the castor packs etc
