I alternate prenatal capsules with iron and gummies. Iron everyday is too much for me

I don't take them with iron because I don't need it, my OB told me to only take iron if you are anemic or do not have meat in your diet

Do NOT take prenatal vitamins with iron unless you are anemic. It can causes GI upset and constipation. 
(Nursing student... Just completed my OB rotation)
