3cm Dilated and 70% Effaced
Hi mommas! It’s September which means baby month! I’m due 9/12 but at my 38 week appt on Monday I was 3cm dilated and 70% effaced 😳 How long did you (if you did) stay at 70% effaced before starting labor? Haven’t really had any contractions yet.
