Can painful/weird feeling orgasms be a side effect of endo? Im not sure if i should see an endo specialist or a pelvic floor therapist.

My symptoms

-Bloating

-Last period was extremely painful on my ovaries which is not normal for me

-Heaviness in cramping area. started on right ovary, now its on both left and right

(had a Transvaginal ultrasound everything looked normal. found tiny extra follicles on right ovary but that could explain my PCOS/irregular periods)

-weird spasm, pressure at tip of orgasms. feel it on the right ovary most (where the extra follicles were)

-Pain with deep penetration on the right side. Some positions make it easier for us.

-ONE time after sex experienced horrible cramping. Couldn't stand up. Happened after a new position we tried.

I can't seem to find what is wrong. Doctors see nothing wrong. Im at a dead end. This is not normal for me!
