Early triplet pregnancy turned twin?
Hello, I am 7 weeks pregnant and due to bleeding I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks. I found out I was pregnant with triplets. 2 babies in one sac and 1 baby in its own. During my ultrasound yesterday I learned that one of the “twin” babies had passed. The dr. Said it was about 50/50 if the other baby in the sac would pass since they share a placenta. I was shocked by these numbers. I guess I am just looking for stories… has anyone had a good outcome in a situation like this? That the “twin” baby makes it. I’m sorry if I am using wrong terminology they haven’t explained to me what type of triplet/now twin babies I have. Thanks
