Hello! We just went today for an SIS ultrasound/procedure and it was determined that I have at least two polyps on top of my PCOS. Following a D&C, our next step is uterine insemination. Has anyone been through this before?! Either having polyps and having them removed, or using the assistance of uterine insemination to achieve pregnancy with PCOS?
