Help/tips for Heartburn relief?

I've never had heartburn in my life until now, any tips of what to do for heartburn relief while pregnant? Thanks!!!

I've heard milk can help. It doesn't help me a bit. I have to take Zantac daily to help mine or I'm a freaking dragon.

Apple cider vinegar is good too. Or tums. You can have 4 a day pregnant

Zantac or tums...careful with tums not to take them when you do prenatals it can inhibit your iron intake. My heartburn got so bad they had to put me on prescription meds (protonix)...best decision ever.
