Be annoyed with me

So usually my fiancé and I share money openly. He spends a lot more than I do though, usually eating out for lunch at work. He doesn’t have a bank account anymore because he works under the table. So usually we just cash his checks under my account and I give him his check. He’ll give me whatever we need for bills and keep the rest. When I get paid, I’ll have the rest of the bill money and pay them. This week, our car payment was due. My check came first, so I took half of the car payment amount out of the bank and saved it. Fast forward a few days to today, I had nothing left in the bank and he got paid. Now let’s go over why I had nothing left. His last paycheck (last Friday) was a day short because they had a random day off. We didn’t have any bills to keep money for that week so he got the whole check. By Wednesday he had spent it all. I get paid on Tuesday’s. So in two days, he cleared out my bank (hence why bill money is kept in cash in my wallet). I don’t mind helping him out with food, gas, and whatever else he needs but now it’s Friday, I’m broke and he got paid. He got to keep just over half his check after I paid the car payment. My Hyde ran out today. Since he spent all of my money on his needs, I asked if he could grab me one while he’s in town. He said “I’m not spending my money on that. You can venmo me for it” 🙄🙄 y’all this man spent 250$ in two days of my money. Money I could have bought my own Hyde with but I didn’t expect it to all be gone so quick. I don’t spend money like he does, I don’t eat out at all, I work in a restaurant lol I eat dead food while I’m closing.

Am I wrong to be annoyed? Like we have a joint savings that we both put money into but I only like to pull money out for emergencies so I never pull money out for him when he needs it, I just send him mine. But he spends so much that my savings has went from 1120$ to 406$ in the last year. And that’s adding 100$ a week.
