My pediatrician has an on call but I do not believe this is an emergency, just want to see if any other mommas have noticed this with baby. They are open at 8am so I will be calling.

Gave my 4 month old a little bit of banana baby food I made with a banana and breast milk(doctor told me to start feeling the waters on baby food). About 2 hours later he had little bumps on his face and he had a streak of red blood in his poop. Is this all a sign of allergy? Gut tells me yes. He was a little fussy but nothing that would make me think this is an emergency and also no other symptoms.
